How does the duck counter work in the top corner?
The counter works depending on what packs you have in your current session. Not all ducks spawn in to the pool using the normal method. Some are event based on the map itself and some are part of mini events that happen over time.
Why can I not click on the ducks under the water?
It is currently an intended behaviour right now. While you can not click on the ducks under the water while the camera is above it, you can click on the ducks under water if your camera is already on a duck under the water.
Why are some of my ducks not spawning in?
When a seasonal event is active and you load a save, removal of duplicate ducks happens. When this has happened, once the event ends and the game updates, create a new fresh save as saves from events tend to be a little broken.
Why is the save button not working / Why is the save button blank in the menu?
The save button does not work when any new ducks have not entered the pool. It displays blank when resuming a save game, until the duck counter in the corner has appeared. When you press the button too early, it’ll show a solid white button. Exiting the pause menu will reset it back to displaying “Save” again, this will repeat the same loop until you can save. The button will allow you to save without a new duck spawning ONLY when resuming a save.
The water has vanished from my pool?
Very old known bug. Happening because of the camera angle or switching to viewpoint from a duck under the water.
My menu logo red? Some of the ducks is a funny texture? Why is the menu so dark?
This is a result of HDR being enabled on PC. Below you can find images how it might look for you.
Where do I add my new DLC to my existing save?
When you go to resume your save, before pressing it look for the little pink duck shown here 
doing so will display a drop down menu like this 
as you can see, there is a little + symbol, click on that to add your desired DLC to that save.
Note: Once you load the save with the new content, it can not be removed after.
I pressed the screenshot key in-game, where can I locate these images?
Use the Windows key (hold) then tap the letter R which opens up the run command box, enter in this box: %userprofile%\Pictures\Placid Plastic Duck Simulator
Upon pressing “OK” the folder containing all the screenshots you have taken are now in front of you.
How to access the Digital Supporter Duck content!
In your Steam Library, find the Placid Plastic Duck Simulator game, right click on the name and select “Properties” in that context menu. On the newly popped up context menu, you will see a list on the left side. Locate the text labelled “Installed Files” and click on it, opening up a new set of context on the right side. At the very top you will a “Browse” button, click on this which opens Windows File Explorer. Look closely at this window and notice “DigitalSupporterDuck” folder, enter this folder and find the “PPDS-Digital Supporter Duck.zip” file. This has to be unpacked as it is compressed, for how to do this we will forward you to Microsoft <here>
