Welcome in to all things no longer idle or placidly watching. Here we will explain to you some of the things that you CAN DO ACTIVELY in the game. Each section may have its own page linked, so you can get full details by clicking them. Lets get started, shall we?!
There is a whole hidden ARG in this game; you would not know it existed unless you checked out the community Steam pages or the Discord. While the ARG is partial and not yet finished, you can start by checking out the door on the Infinity Cool map. Then some paintings behind the curtains in the Quacking the Ice map and finally getting to a few items found in the Hippospace Download map.
Wait, there’s more… with the addition of the Duck Addiction DLC, a Cyborg Duck was added. If you click on this duck, you get a special view and can scan ducks.
That’s right, you guessed it… there is still a bit more. If you listen to the music in Hippospace Download, you might notice there is a certain song with lyrics. Fear not – we have you covered here: “Chronicles of the Deep Water (King Dubby)”. This gives a little bit of background story to the ARG, too.
I know, I know, we are not done yet. You have come this far and there are still a few more things; stick with us as there’s not much more now. There is an easter egg in the game (not a chocolate one sadly) where renaming a certain duck which is themed and wearing a name badge (this will help you guess where we are going) will give you the Developer Easter Egg Poster (click for details) on Infinity Cool and the Ski Lodge (Quacking the Ice) maps.
