To unlock the Hide and Seek achievement you need to find the ninja duck’s hiding spots in one of the maps in one session. Your progress will be reset if you exit out of your save. There is no particular order that you need to find the duck in.
You can see the ninja duck is hiding when it gets replaced by a small log in the pool, accompanied by a “poof” sound. There are multiple places in each map and you need to click on the ninja duck when it appears in its hiding spot for it to be counted as “found”.
It might appear in the same hiding spot multiple times in a row!
